    Gørill has education from BI Norwegian School of Management and has a broad marketing experience from Ogilvy & Mather and Bates Advertising. She joined Neue after close to nine years with design experience from Virtual Garden Design. Gørill has won Gold in Visuelt and Gullblyanten and been honored with the Award for Design Excellence (Merket for God Design).
     

  • Mette Louise HaugProject manager+47 928 10 151

    Mette holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Brand Management from the Oslo School of Management and a foundation course in psychology. She is trained in project management at Kreagent and has previously worked in the media agency PHD, Zenzi by Real Food, and Concept Communication. 

  • Hanne Ystad MørchProject manager976 67 074

    Hanne started at Neue as a project manager in October 2012. She has a BA in Product Design and an MA in Scenography from Central Saint Martins College in London, with an additional study in project management. Hanne has work experience from the performing arts/dance, contemporary art and product design. She has worked as a freelance set designer with the development of visual environments for the stage. She also holds experience from the Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art, the Foundation for Design and Architecture in Norway, The National Touring Exhibitions and the industrial design studio Odd Thorsen. Hannes work has been nominated for the National Design competition and chosen for the exhibition of the Young Talents Award.

  • Øystein HaugsethSenior Designer+47 924 65 626

    Øystein has studied graphic design at the Academy of Art in San Fransisco and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wyoming. He has previously worked four years in Viktig Design as a senior designer and managing director together with Benjamin Stenmarck. Their work has been shown at several exhibitions and in a range of publications. Øystein has won awards in both Visuelt, Gullblyanten and in ED Awards.
     

  • Benjamin StenmarckSenior Designer+47 917 11 169

    Benjamin holds a master's degree in visual communication from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. He was previously part of Viktig Design, having worked for four years as a senior designer together with Øystein Haugseth. Their work has been shown at several exhibitions and in a range of publications. Benjamin has received awards in both Visuelt and Gullblyanten.

    Lars Håvard holds a master's degree in visual communication from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Before Neue he worked for five years as a senior designer at Virtual Garden Design. He has been awarded the Award for Design Excellence (Merket for God Design) and won gold in both Visuelt and Gullblyanten.
     

  • Mikael FløysandDesigner+47 480 05 452

    Mikael joined Neue in June 2011 after having completed his graphic design diploma at Westerdals School of Communication in Oslo. In his final year, he was part of Studio 3 - an 'in-house' design studio consiting of some of Westerdals' third-year students. Previously he has studied graphic design at Ringsaker Folkehøgskole, worked as a typographer for Hamar Arbeiderblad and designer at Hamar Media.

    Nora has a Bachelor in Visual Communication graduating from Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and has also attended School of Visual Arts in New York. She previously worked at Rayon Visual Concepts.

  • Henrik Wold KraglundDesigner+47 974 07 633

    Henrik joined Neue in september 2012. He has a bachelor's degree in visual communication from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and The New York School of Visual Arts. Aside from his studies, he has worked freelance for Commando Group and on his own for the past three years.
